As long as items have not been played on and the playing box is in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount paid (minus shipping and handling) within 21 days of when the order was shipped. After 21 days, returns will not be authorized.

NOTE: All international orders, Limited Edition, and Custom Boards are final sale and are NOT eligible for return.

Steps to process a return:

  1. Fill out the following form: Binho Customer Return Form
  2. Print out this form and include this form in the shipment. It is required the that the board is in the white Binho Box and is shipped back in the brown outer box that it was received in. 
  3. Ship your items back using the shipping method of your choice (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC.). We DO NOT provide prepaid shipping labels.
  4. Once shipped, please send the tracking number to
  5. Once received, the return will be processed within 10-14 business days and a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. If the returns department has questions, they will reach out by phone or email.

What is the warranty policy?

  1. We will warranty and replace items that have been deemed defective (opposed to wear and tear) within 30 days of purchase.
